What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number, company, address, the product category you are asking about, and the description of what you need. If you attach artwork, we receive that file.
Why we collect it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote
- To produce and ship the product you order
- To keep a record of your layout so re-orders match the original
- To meet our tax and accounting obligations
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share details only with the services needed to fulfil your order, such as a shipping carrier or a payment processor.
Artwork and layouts
Artwork you send is used to produce your order and is retained so that a later re-order matches. Tell us if you would prefer your artwork deleted after production and we will remove it.
Cookies and this website
This website stores a small timestamp in your browser so a notice you have dismissed does not reappear immediately. That value never leaves your browser and is not shared with us or anyone else. Your browser can clear it at any time.
Payment details
Card details are handled by the payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
Your choices
