Common questions
Before you order
The model number is printed on the body or underside of the stamp. Send us that number, or a clear photo of the stamp, and we will match the correct replacement pad.
You can add a few drops of matching ink to extend a pad's life, but a pad that has been run dry repeatedly will print unevenly. A fresh pad restores a clean impression.
Pre-inked dies are a porous material designed for a specific ink formulation. The wrong ink can clog or dissolve the die and the stamp will not recover. Always use the refill matched to the model.
Yes. Specialty inks for plastics, metal, glass and industrial marking are available — tell us the surface and we will recommend a formulation.
