No. You can design and preview a stamp without creating an account. Web ordering also gets you secured web order pricing, which is lower than ordering by fax or email.
It depends on how many lines of text you need and how small the smallest text is. Send us the wording and we will recommend a size that stays legible after thousands of impressions.
Usually yes. Send a clean impression on white paper, or the model number printed on the stamp body, and we will match the layout and the mount.
It varies by mount and ink. Self-inking stamps are re-inked with a matched replacement pad; pre-inked models are refilled with a few drops of the correct ink.
