Most banks want a restrictive endorsement such as 'For Deposit Only', your business name as it appears on the account, and the account number. Confirm the exact format with your bank and send it to us.
Pre-inked gives the crispest impression, which matters when a bank scans the endorsement. Self-inking is more economical for high volume. Both are widely used.
Yes. Common wording such as RECEIVED, PAID, COPY and DRAFT is available as a stock stamp, which is quicker and cheaper than a custom die.
Yes. Manufacturing and inspection stamps can carry an inspector identifier, a date band or both. Tell us your QC format and we will set it.
