PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS and SVG. Vector artwork (AI, EPS, SVG or a vector PDF) reproduces best at stamp size. If you only have a low-resolution image we will tell you honestly whether the detail will hold.

Yes. You get secured web order pricing when you place the order through this website. Fax and email requests can carry extra costs because they take more handling.

Yes. We ship across the United States, with free shipping on orders over $99. The workshop is in Billings, Montana, and local customers are welcome to collect.

We provide a 100% materials and workmanship guarantee on all our products. If a stamp, seal, badge or sign is faulty in materials or making, we will put it right.

The model number is printed on the body or the underside of your self-inking stamp. Send us that number, or a clear photo, and we will match the correct pad.

Usually yes. Send a clean impression stamped on white paper along with the model number if you can find it, and we will match both the layout and the mount.

Your name exactly as it appears on your commission, the required Notary Public legend for the State of Montana, and your commission expiration date. Send us the commission and we will lay it out correctly.

Yes. Send the names and titles in a spreadsheet. We lay out the whole run in one file, send a single proof for approval, then engrave the batch so every badge matches.
